to Live365 Listeners: To make sure that
you are really listening, Live365 uses the "Are
You Still There?" system ... here's how it works.
Approximately every 45 minutes or so, you'll be asked
to click on a pop-up link that will let Live365 know
that you are still listening. If you fail to click
the link within the specified time, you will be disconnected
from Live365 and you will have to reconnect. This
is a function of Live365 and is out of our control.
To avoid this periodic disconnection, you can choose
from one of the other three listening options listed
above ... all are free and offer commercial free listening
with no interruptions and no disconnections. As an
alternative, for a small monthly fee you can become
a Live365 VIP Listener, where you will be able to
listen to StarSets
on Live365 commercial free and without disconnections
or interruptions.

Having Trouble Connecting?
The most likely reason you're having
problems connecting is 121 NetRadio may be temporarily "sold out",
particularly if you have connected in the past.
121NetRadio has a limited number of 'listening
slots' from different providers on the Internet and
you may be experiencing a situation when all of the
slots are are occupied by listeners at one provider
(this happens most often at Live 365). So, even
though we may be sold out at Live365, we're rarely are
sold out at AudioRealm, Loud City or our own tune-in
sites. Even during our busiest periods between
the hours of 8am to 4pm Eastern Time Monday through
Fridays, you can almost always connect to 121
NetRadio at any of our connection
locations listed above! We constantly monitor our listener
traffic and will continue to open more "listening slots"
as out stations grow in popularity.
